February 6, 1952- King George VI of England dies making his daughter Princess Elizabeth to Queen Elizabeth II. February 7, 1812- Charles Dickens, a british novelist, was born in Portsmouth, England. February 8, 1910- The Boy Scouts of America was founded by William Boyce in Washington, D.C.
