February 11th, 1852 the first female toilet opens in Great Britain on Bedford Street in London. February 12th, 1793 the first U.S. fugitive slave law gets past, which requires all escaped slaves to be returned to their owner. February 13th, 1692 the Massacre of Glencoe occurs ending with 78 people dying when they do not properly pledge allegiance to their new king, William of Oran February 14th, 1929 the Valentine's Day Massacre occurs in which 7 gangsters get killed in Chicago. This was caused from a never ending rivalry between Al Capone and George Moran. February 15th, 1903 the first teddy bear gets introduced to the American people by Morris and Rose Michtom. February 16th, 1741 Benjamin Franklin's General Magazine begins publication. It's name was Pennsylvania Gazette.
